by Sarah Bilston
Quinn, or Q, has been assigned to bed rest for the remainder of her pregnancy. Leaving her fast-paced career as a lawyer immediately drives her nuts. Desperate for attention and chocolate chip cookies, Q soon becomes involved in anything she can: a tenant/management dispute, a complicated love triangle, and a power struggle with her husband.
Written in diary style, this novel is a quick and frothy delight. And once again, I loved the pregnancy story, although I have no intention of becoming a mommy. Chick lit has grown up, and I guess I have too!
