Who is Laura Rider, and what is her masterpiece? Well, she's a gardening guru in Hartley, WI. She runs the Prairie Wind Farm Nursery with her husband, Charlie. She has studied hard to make her business a success, but is getting bored. Really, she wants to write a novel.
In fact, she wants to write a romance novel. But she needs some practice. What would be better practice than to create a fictitious romance between two real people?
Enter Jenna Faroli, of Wisconsin Public Radio fame. Since Laura's tired of Charlie, she figures that Jenna might make a great substitute.
