Sizzling Sixteen

I am pretty sure that Ms. Evanovich did not write this entry in the ever popular Stephanie Plum series. It lacked all of the fun and, well, sizzle of the previous entries.
Oh, Cheryl, it was such a dud! No cars blowing up, no cuteness from Joe, and it was all just explanation of everything we already know from the last 15 books.
