by Goldie Hawn with Wendy Holden
This is a surprisingly interesting memoir by Ms. Hawn. Never a fan, I was charmed by her story.
Goldie was an ordinary girl named after a favorite aunt, and she became an extraordinary woman and actress. A dancer by trade, Goldie was fortunate to be discovered. But once that happened, she made the most of it: Laugh-In and Cactus Flower, just to name a few successes.
Hawn is a deeply spiritual being, but not in an annoying way. Her spirituality stems from loving life and others and wanting to be happy. Who could fault her for that?
Easy and worthwhile reading.
