Borkmann's Point

by Håkan Nesser

Another outing for Inspector Van Veeteren, and this one is pretty grisly. An ex-con and a wealthy real estate mogul have both been murdered in the small town of Kaalbringen. The method? By ax. The town’s chief of police is retiring soon, so Van Veeteren and his men have been called to help solve the case as soon as possible.

When another victim surfaces, VV has his hands full. And when a colleague goes missing, the good inspector knows that time is of the essence.

Gripping, surprising, and satisfying. The Van Veeteren series does not disappoint!
