Our story begins with the end of Ruth’s marriage. She takes her children, Ben and Giordana, and moves in with her sister, Natalie, and her family. Almost immediately, the kids are approached by their cousin, Alek. He asks them if they’d rather be invisible or able to fly. This is where the kookiness begins. . .
Over the course of several years, Alek bestows strange and wonderful powers upon his family members. Each individual will experience a crisis, and each will discover his/her special power at that time. Whatever the special power may be, it will help the individual to face his/her demons and overcome the crisis du jour.
Strange, imaginative, and engaging.
