Eloisa James, romance writer and college professor, took a sabbatical in 2009. She and her family (husband, son, and daughter) moved to Paris for a year. Their adventures are chronicled in this breezy, easy-to-read memoir.
Like many memoirs of this sort, it borders on annoying. But it was still fun to read.
