Joyland

by Stephen King

It was the summer of ’73, and Devin Jones just needed to heal his broken heart. What better way to forget a woman than working at an amusement park? Joyland seems to be just the ticket for Dev. He easily makes new friends, Erin and Tom, and he just as easily becomes a park hero.

But all is not right at Joyland. The ghost of a girl murdered at the park lurks and shows herself to a select few. Will Devin see her? Can he solve the mystery of her death? All will be revealed, dear Reader.

This is definitely sentimental King, not scare-the-heck-outta-you King. Very enjoyable.
