Flat Stanley

Anyone with kids has heard of Flat Stanley. Teachers all over the United States have their young students mailing a facsimile of Flat Stanley all over the world. This is the story that started it all. . .

Stanley Lambchop is an ordinary boy until a most unusual accident: a bulletin board falls on him while he sleeps. He wakes up in a flattened state.

How flat? His new dimensions are as follows: four feet tall, about a foot wide, and half an inch thick.

What follows is the story of Stanley’s adventures as a flat boy, including being mailed to California.

This wasn’t what I expected it to be, but it is kind of a cute story.
