Something Borrowed was told from Rachel's point of view; Something Blue picks up where the first novel left off, but is told from Darcy's point of view. So why would we want to read a novel told from the selfish person's point of view? Because we want to know what happened to that awful Darcy person. And there is satisfaction in knowing that Marcus dumps Darcy, even though she's pregnant. Without friends or support from her family, Darcy heads to London to visit Ethan, a childhood friend of Darcy and Rachel. Once in London, Darcy discovers the error of her ways and is faced with the reality of the situation she has created.
I really enjoyed this novel. It is just as frothy and entertaining as the first one.
