The Penderwicks: A Summer Tale of Four Sisters, Two Rabbits, and a very Interesting Boy

I think the title says it all. This is the delightful tale of four sisters (Rosalind, Skye, Jane, and Batty) and their three weeks in the Berkshires. The girls, who are full of energy and creativity, quickly befriend Jeffrey, the son of the woman who owns the house they are renting. Adventure, romance, and even a novel ensue.

Written for a juvenile audience, this novel is a true winner! It is good, clean, old-fashioned fun for all ages. I loved it.
