Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

by J. K. Rowling

The Seventh and Final Installment in the Epic Tale of Harry Potter

Zipped through this in 2 days. Lots of action and adventure, but the ending is, well, sort of an anticlimax. Is it politically correct to reveal that I was disappointed? Well, I've told you anyway.

I won't spoil the novel for anyone, but I will tell you this: what I loved about the first HP book was the young, vulnerable Harry. The book had a sentimental side. I think that the final entry in the series lacks an emotional connection to the reader. And that makes me sad.
