Blueberry Muffin Murder

by Joanne Fluke

Hannah Swensen, proprietor of The Cookie Jar and amateur sleuth, is back! Lake Eden’s first ever winter carnival sets the stage for murder and mayhem in the small Minnesota town.

It all starts with Connie Mac, the cooking star, and her untimely death in Hannah’s shop (of course). Before Hannah can find Connie’s killer, she must navigate the winter carnival’s various activities and venues. And, of course, she must avoid becoming a victim of the killer.

Even though I figured out the killer’s identity early in the story, I still enjoyed the novel. It was a good book to read on a rainy Saturday.
