Greg Heffley is back, and all he wants is junk food in his lunch and more sleep. He’s still contending with his parents and little brother, though the conflicts with older brother, Rodrick, appear to be resolved.
In this third entry of the series, Greg plays soccer, joins a Boy Scout troop, and even attends a school dance. He gets into the usual scrapes and is eventually threatened with military school.
Can he convince his father that he’s reformed? Or will he wind up in a place that will finally set him straight? Read and find out!
This entry in the extremely popular series lacks charm. Frankly, Greg is just an annoying brat in this novel.
