This “reporting” of the 2008 election is more trashy and gossipy than I expected it to be. In truth, it is written with such a strong pro-Obama slant that it is difficult to take the authors seriously. Absolutely everyone else in the election is fair game for criticism, including cancer-stricken Elizabeth Edwards.

This book got great reviews when it was published, and I just do not understand why. In my opinion, it is utter rubbish.
