It was Me All Along

by Andie Mitchell

This is the story of Andrea Mitchell, a young woman who gained a lot of weight over the years and lost half of it.

Yes, food was comfort in her home. Her father was an unemployed alcoholic, and her mother was constantly working. Who wouldn’t eat to feel better?

Anyway, readers learn about Andie’s binge eating and her desire to be smaller. And then, she just decides to lose weight before a semester abroad in Italy. And she loses a lot of weight in Italy. But that’s not really detailed in the book.

In the end, this was disappointing. I have to wonder how this woman got a book deal.
