One Good Turn

by Kate Atkinson

Wow! I just finished this fantastic literary mystery, and I don't even know where to start. And I definitely do not want to give anything away.

On a seemingly average afternoon in Scotland, an incident of road rage sparks a series of events and affects the participants and witnesses in ways they could never imagine. Millionaire Jackson Brodie (ex-cop, ex-private eye), who you may remember from Atkinson's Case Histories, is one of the witnesses and is quickly swept into the violence and intrigue of a most complicated web of crimes.

Read this! Read it now! And if you haven't read Case Histories, run out to your library and read it.
