The Annotated Peter Pan

Inspired by ABC's Once Upon a Time, I picked up Peter Pan in order to feel more comfortable with season 3's storyline.

I guess that I remembered the basics:  Peter Pan, Wendy, Captain Hook, Smee, and the crocodile who swallowed the clock.  I did not remember Tinker Bell's contrary nature.

I was charmed by Mr. and Mrs. Darling and the children's Nana, an actual dog.

Actually, I know that I saw the Disney movie, but really remembered very little about it.  Why?  Well, there really is very little to this story. 

Once Upon a Time's Captain Hook is far more interesting than Barrie's.  Still, I am glad that I read this--it is a necessary reference for me.
