Cold Storage, Alaska

Cold Storage, Alaska is a small, dying fishing outpost. Everybody knows everybody else in town. Things don’t really seem to change much in these parts.

But change is a-comin’ to Cold Storage! When Clive “The Milkman” McCahon returns to his hometown after a stint in prison, the fun begins.

My best description of this novel: Carl Hiiassen meets Alaska. Crime, madcap hijinks, kooky small town characters, and surprises around every corner.

This one starts out a little slowly, but once it picks up speed, it is great. Readers will be rewarded for their persistence.
